WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT WE OFFER

The Three Principles Well-being Understanding that underpin our work constantly point us to our true nature - love and compassion. With this awareness, we have an infinite array of possibilities for supporting those we serve.

 Wellbeing Coaching

We provide one-to-one well-being coaching to people irrespective of their background via face-to-face meetings, video calls or phone conversations.

Mentoring

We offer mentoring support to young people and adults across London. All our sessions are face to face unless requested and the duration is according to need as opposed to set number sessions.

Wellbeing Telephone Befrienders

Since the start of the Covid pandemic, we have trained over 40 volunteers to deliver a Wellbeing Befriending Telephone service in response to referrals from people and families who may be experiencing stress, anxiety and worry. This is now an annual project that we run during springtime.

Community Wellbeing Group Work Sessions and Programmes

We run these programmes both online and in person through the year. Pointing people to our true nature and supporting them to navigate the challenges of life.

Holiday and Food Programmes (HAF)

We provide children who are subject to free school meals and their families with holiday programmes that include a healthy balanced daily meal, physical activities and trips out during the major school breaks.

Advocacy and Information, Advice and Guidance

We advocate on behalf of people who require support to access services or who might find formal forums difficult.  We also provide practical support for individuals and families who require support with housing, financial hardship and referrals or signposting to other services.
