Connor Moylan – Lead Youth Programme Manager

Despite Connor being the youngest member of the team at Living Truth, he is one of our greatest assets! He has lived experience of and aspires to support those struggling with mental ill-health. His background is working with young people leaving care.

Connor has participated in all of Living Truth’s Training Programmes and trained with IHEART Principles as part of their first Academy team. He has also participated in a ‘Mind, Body, Behaviour Connection’ training scheme facilitated by Dr Bill Pettit.

In 2019, he co-delivered our monthly sessions to the community in Battersea as well as delivering school programmes to Ernest Bevin College, Pentwortham Primary School, Brighton Football Academy and the University of Westminster. He is currently a staff member of the 'Croydon Pupil Referral Unit' team delivering the systemic well-being programme and he is also one of the Well-being Coaches on the Health Realisation Practitioners Programme supporting our free phone call support service.

Amanda Elder – Director and Co-Founder

Amanda Elder is the Co-Founder of Living Truth CIC. She strongly advocates the importance of supporting and helping families within the community, and thus provides vital financial and personal aid to Living Truth. Significantly, she was the former director of a non-profit organisation helping teenage parents to access the necessary skills, education and support in order to become self-sufficient.

In addition, Amanda is a property developer specialising in supporting families with housing and benefits advice.

She strives to support and enhance the prospects and well-being of those in her local community in whatever way she can. Her volunteer work with the elderly particularly embodies her caring nature.

Ultimately, Amanda believes that it is pivotal that everyone in her community is given a voice and the tools to evoke change and she aspires to make this possible throughout her work.
